Training for my first 5K in July.
I am doing my first walk marathon ( Avon walk for breast cancer- total 39 miles) this fall and have begun training for it. I am actively fundraising for this event. If you would like to donate to my walk, please feel free to contact me!

I think waiting 10 minutes before eating is fine. But you most def want to wait to eat until after.
As for being sleepy, yoga is relaxing. I enjoy power yoga which is more of a fast paced yoga it burns more calories and kinda wakes me up!
Yes I've been using Rodney Yee's DVDs to learn. They are great. Granted it took me a while to get to 20 minutes daily, but I just kept at it daily first thing in the morning. I highly recommend Rodney's DVDs!
